Introducing... NABAMAN!

Nabaman is Anak Pisang's official mascot. He's down to earth a banana fanboying over Clark Kent. But, he's not your typical banana - he loves learning about clean and affordable energy and plans to make the world a better place.

His name "Nabaman" has 3 meanings to it:

1. Banana and Naga, the 2 basic material (especially the peels) of our bio battery.

2. Nabati, meaning that on planning our project, we use vegetative resources that is renewable.

3. Naba (نبى), comes from Arabic which means great news, famous, good, and pious. This resembles our group's traits as it is beneficial for the environment.

What are our Goals?

Setting goals helps trigger new behaviors, helps guides our focus and helps us sustain that momentum in a team. Goals also help align us focus and promote a sense of self-mastery. Precisely, out goals are the following:

- Providing a new alternative energy source that is expected to help and educate the public on taking advantage of banana and dragon fruit peels through the makings of our project.

- Boosting the economic conditions of lower class people in Indonesia, particularly its farmers, while also creating a clean and healthy environment.

- Expecting to nurture our curiosity, developing skills for inquiry and research, utilize critical and creative thinking to engage with issues and ideas that have local and global significance.

- Being able to express our thoughts coherently and collaborate effectively, and act to make a positive difference in the lives of others and in the world around us.
